Purchase Agreement

1. Bank Transfer or EFT (Electronic Fund Transfer)
   You can make a payment via bank transfer or EFT to any of our accounts in Akbank, Finansbank, Garanti Bankası, T. İş Bankası, or Yapı Kredi Bank (TRY).

2. Credit Card Payments via Our Website
   You can use any credit card for a one-time payment or take advantage of our online installment options with Akbank. The payment will be processed from your credit card at the end of the order. In case of order cancellations or stock issues, the refund to your credit card will be processed within 3 business days.

3. Order Fee Refund
   In the event of order cancellation for any reason, XXXXXX Limited Company will refund the product amount to your account and/or credit card within three business days. However, you must provide your correct and complete bank account or credit card details to our financial department.

4. Delivery
   We strive to dispatch your orders the same day. For products requiring more time to source, the delivery time for shipments is 3 business days, as indicated in the product details. You will be informed in case of any potential delays in delivery.
   Please provide the delivery address where you will be during the day to ensure timely delivery. Your order will be processed based on the delivery method you selected at the time of ordering. Products will be sent from our Istanbul-based company via XXXXXXXX courier service. After your order is confirmed, it will be delivered to the courier service within 2 (two) business days.
   You may consult our customer representative for alternative delivery options. Please note that delivery is valid only within Turkey.

5. Payment Tracking
   If the system is unable to complete the transaction due to any issue, you will be notified on the payment page.
   In case of an address error that prevents delivery, our customer service will contact the person who placed the order.
   The validity of the email address provided by you will be confirmed by an automatic email sent after the order is processed.
   We are responsible to both the customer and the bank with which we use the credit card system regarding the delivery of the order.

Please note!
If you believe the package was damaged during shipment, please open and inspect the package in front of the delivery person. If you find any damage to the product, do not accept the delivery and request a damage report from the courier company.
Once the product is accepted, it is considered that the courier company has fulfilled its responsibility.
If the product is damaged: Please send the prepared damage report to the fax number 0212 XXXXXXX and notify us at XXXXXXXX@XXXX.com.
By following these steps, we will begin the necessary actions and ensure the delivery is made again as soon as possible.
If you briefly explain why you wish to return the product in your email, it will assist us in handling the issue with the product effectively.
